The Medion has been around for some time now, they use to be responsible for some of the most basic equipment around, but recently they have been coming out with some highly technical gear, which looks top notch too.

This is the Akoya P8610 it has a massive 18.4 screen, but still manages to cram in 1680 x 945 pixels into that space and with a true 16:9 aspect ratio. For some of the more technical parts here is what is inside, Nvidia GeForce 9600M GS graphics, 2GHz Core 2 Duo T5800 CPU, 4GB of RAM, a 320GB hard drive, 802.11n Wi-Fi, three USB ports, and a 1.3-megapixel webcam.
